- Alkali-free glass fiber yarn:Increases the strength and stiffness of the water tank board, which is a key component that determines the pressure resistance and durability of the water tank. High-quality water tanks will use alkali-free fiber yarn, and its performance must comply with the regulations of GB/T18370.
- Fillers: such as calcium powder, titanium dioxide, etc., used to adjust the properties of the resin, such as reducing costs, improving processing performance or improving certain physical properties.
- Auxiliary materials: including cross-linking agents, initiators, etc., which are used in the production process of SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) sheets to help solidify and enhance the performance of the sheets. They must comply with the regulations of GB9685 to ensure that they will not affect the water quality. create pollution.
SMC sheets are formed by mixing the above raw materials and pressing them through a mold under high temperature and high pressure conditions. This production method allows each water tank panel to have uniform size, thickness and high performance. The boards are connected through sealing materials, and combined with metal structural parts and piping systems, they are assembled into a complete fiberglass water tank, which is suitable for various water storage needs, from drinking water to fire water, industrial water, etc.
