How to Calculate Capacity of Stainless Steel Water Tank
Rectangular or Square SS Water Tank
For tanks with a rectangular or square base, use the formula:
Volume (V) = Length (L) × Width (W) × Height (H)
Notes:
- The result is the volume in cubic meters (m³).
- To convert cubic meters to liters (L), multiply by 1000 (since 1 m³ = 1000 L).
Installation Step of GRP Water Panel Tanks
Step1:: 1.1 Prepare the cement foundation firstly, we can provide drawing to clients 1.2 Welding the C channel base steel
Step2:: 2.1 Connect the base panel, reference the panel No drawing we send. 2.2 Fasten the bolts and nuts with tool electric wrench 2.3 Put the finished connection bottom panels on to the C channel base steel
Step3:: Prepare the bolts nuts and sealing belts for connect bottom pane with side 1st layer panels. Connect the side panels with bolts, nuts, sealing belts and auxiliary angle iron
Step4:: Water stoppage angle iron install both inside and outside, all position drawing can be provide
Step5:: Install the important lacing bar system and vertical support steel rods
Step6:: Connect cover panels and then put it on to top of water tanks, fasten it with bolts and nuts
Step7:: Install the ladder with clamps, both outside and inside has ladder for height more than 1meter water tank
Step8:: Install the water level gauge

Insulation Layer of Stainless Steel Water Tank
The insulation layer of the stainless steel water tank is made of polyurethane foam + color steel plate with a thermal conductivity of 0.022-0.027W/(m·K), and the bottom is made of high-efficiency materials such as rubber and plastic insulation board with a thermal conductivity of 0.034-0.038W/(m·K). The thickness of the insulation layer is 5CM. These insulation materials have excellent insulation performance. It can effectively maintain the water temperature in the water tank, reduce heat loss, and achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.

In order to convenient maintenance, please leave some space between water tank and wall. Please do not beat water tank body by any tools or something hard. New water tank must be clean two times before using.
