Corrugated Galvanized Steel Water Storage Tanks
Corrugated steel water tank uses galvanized sheet as raw material, and thickened hot-dip galvanized steel strip as raw material, so that the steel plate will not rust. In the production process, a press is used to press out the corrugated steel plate and assemble it into a round iron barrel shape. STRUCTURE AND PRINCIPLE
Tank Body: High strength galvannized steel sheet panel, Modular panle sheet, can be asseble at site, galvanized coating(275g/m2), good corrosion resistance performance,custom diameters(3m-30m) , wall heights and thickness(1.0mm,1.2mm,1.5mm,2.0mm,2.5mm) available.
Liner: PVC or TPU tarpaulin, multiple flexible liners option available.
Top Cover: Open or PVC or steel(roof angle design customized such as 10°, 20°or 30°, multiple top cover option, steel roof sheet has flat and V rib design for choose.
Structural composition: mainly composed of galvanized sheet and bracket, and some also include waterproof materials such as canvas. Galvanized sheet is the main wall material of water storage container, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and rust resistance; the bracket provides a stable support structure for the entire water storage tank to ensure that it can withstand the pressure of water.
Working principle: By splicing or assembling galvanized sheets into a pool of a certain shape and size, water is stored by taking advantage of its good sealing and corrosion resistance. Water can be stored, water level adjusted and used in the pool as needed to meet the water demand in different scenarios.
