Unlike built-in foam insulation, our panels are removable, replaceable, and customizable —making maintenance and upgrades simpler and more cost-effective.

Material: Polyurethane (PU) Foam + Steel Color Plate
Thickness: 5 cm total

PU foam offers one of the highest R-values (thermal resistance) among common insulating materials.

This combination ensures excellent heat retention in winter and keeps water cool in summer.

Material: Rubber Foam Insulation
Why It Works:
Due to installation constraints and contact with foundations, the bottom requires a more flexible and moisture-resistant material.
Rubber foam (elastomeric foam) is perfect for these areas—it’s resilient, offers good thermal performance, and handles compression well.
Why This Combination Is the Best Available

PU foam has a closed-cell structure that minimizes heat transfer and avoids moisture absorption. When paired with a steel exterior, it creates a long-lasting, efficient insulation system far better than ordinary materials.
2-Durability & Weather Resistance
The steel color plate protects against UV rays, rain, wind, and physical impact, ensuring the insulation remains effective for years.
3-Clean, Professional Appearance
The steel exterior gives the tank a tidy, industrial look that blends well into commercial and municipal settings.
Alternative Option (Not Recommended)
Some suppliers may offer 5cm Rubber Foam + Aluminum Foil Cloth as an alternative. While it provides basic insulation, it has notable drawbacks:
–Lower thermal efficiency compared to PU foam.
–Less durable exterior—aluminum foil cloth can tear or degrade over time.
–Less aesthetically pleasing and may not meet visual standards for professional installations.
We generally do not recommend this option unless under specific budget or temporary scenarios.
