Sealing belt（EPDM Sealing Strip）is designed specifically to be sandwiched between two water tank panels during assembly, When assembling bolted steel water tanks, one of the most vulnerable points for leakage is the joint between two tank panels—especially around the bolt holes where panels are fastened together. That’s where our high-performance sealing belt plays a vital role.
this sealing belt wraps around every bolt hole and creates a continuous, watertight barrier across the entire seam. Unlike standard O-rings or spot gaskets, our sealing belt ensures uniform compression and full coverage along the panel interface—eliminating gaps, drips, and long-term seepage.

Sealing Belt: Installation
Step 1: Place the sealing belt flat on the edge of one tank panel.
Step 2: Align the second panel, matching bolt holes.
Step 3: Insert bolts through the pre-punched holes in the belt.
Step 4: Tighten evenly—the rubber compresses to form a dual-seal: around each bolt and along the panel-to-panel contact surface.
