GRP Panel Water Tank

GRP water tank is also called “SMC modular water tank” or "Sectional panel water tank", It is a good way to store water, It is installed by SMC panels, bolts & nuts, Seal components, steel instruction parts, Pipe connection flanges. It is easy and quick to installation. The GRP panels are connected by the bolts&nuts, steel support rod, sealing rubber strips, basic channel steel, lacing wire, lacing wire plates, ladders, manhole cover, flanges, etc. More and more traditional water tanks are being replaced by GRP tanks.

Insulation Layer of GRP Water Tank

The insulation layer of the GRP water tank is made of polyurethane foam + color steel plate with a thermal conductivity of 0.022-0.027W/(m·K), and the bottom is made of high-efficiency materials such as rubber and plastic insulation board with a thermal conductivity of 0.034-0.038W/(m·K). The thickness of the insulation layer is 5CM. These insulation materials have excellent insulation performance. It can effectively maintain the water temperature in the water tank, reduce heat loss, and achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
